How to create reviews manually

Please follow 3 steps below:
- Go to amazon.com, get your product URL, paste into the app and select products you want to import the reviews
- Choose option to display your reviews
- Select reviews you want to import and save

- Go to alixepress.com, get your product URL, paste into the app and select products you want to import the reviews
- Choose option to display your reviews
- Select reviews you want to import and save
Import review from Excel files
You can check our template by going to our app admin > Reviews > click Import button
We suggest you split the file into smaller ones to make the app import easier. After completing your files, Choose file and click Import button, then the app will import reviews based on the product handle.
How to create reviews manually
- Go to the app admin and select Add review on the right side.
- Choose products/ collections/ product types you would like to add the review, fill in the review information and click save
How to edit reviews
Follow the steps below
- Go to the app admin, choose review tabs and find the review you want to edit. You can filter the review using the below option:
Or right from the product, you also can edit your review:
- Click the edit button to edit the review
You can edit Name, Email, Content, Country, Review Date & Images, Publish or Unpublished, Featured or not featured.
How to delete reviews
Go to the app admin, click the review under review tab or in the product you want to delete the review.
Mark the reviews you want to delete and click Delete button
Basic settings
You can do some basic setup and configuration of your review widget under Settings tab:
- Customize the display (text, color, design) of review on your page
- Customize review form with reCAPTCHA, form text and listing text setting with preview section besides.
- Advanced settings let you customize some features:
- Asking customer for review: When your customers login, they will see notification to ask them for a review with products that they bought
- Auto publish: enable to auto publish new reviews
- Email settings: enter your email address to receive notifications every time customers submit a review
- Maximum characters in reviews: Set maximum characters limit for a review
- Maximum images can be uploaded in reviews: Set maximum images limit for a review
- Review per page: Set limit to show how many reviews per page
- Featured reviews box badge: this is the box badge

Insert Shortcode:
- Automatic: If you choose this option, the app will automatically shows on your store after you installing
- Manual: if you choose this option, you will manually add code to your theme to show the review section.
Almost all Shopify themes add a shortcode automatically. If you have trouble with your themes, you should add a shortcode manually or contact us at contact@omegatheme.com for support.
