In the Advanced setting section, if you disable the Auto publish feature:

When your customer posts a review, it will come to your Request tab for you to check, edit/ delete the review.

Showcase all product types for you to view/ create/ import reviews

Collections

Showcase all collections for you to view/ create/ import reviews

Statistical

Showcase how many reviews on your store, on each page and by number of stars
